师资招聘 | 清华大学药学院招聘助理研究员

清华大学药学院现招聘一名中药物质基础及作用机制方向助理研究员，作为研究骨干参加相关科研工作。
 
一、岗位职责：
1、开展中药相关科研工作，包括中药及其复方药效/功效物质基础和作用机制研究、中药功效生物学表征研究、优质中药材质量标准和中药材国际标准研究等。
2、安排和协调研究人员工作，指导研究助理及管理实验室日常事务和科研工作。
 
Responsibilities and Duties
 
1. Carry out TCM research, including research on the efficacy/effectiveness material basis and mechanism of TCM and formula, research on the biological characterization of the TCM efficacy, and research on the quality standards for high-quality Chinese herbal medicines and international standards for Chinese herbal medicines.
2.   Arrange and coordinate the work of researchers, instruct research assistants and manage laboratory daily affairs and research work.
 
二、任职要求：
1、具有博士学位及在相关领域4-6年博士后或科研工作经验。
2、掌握中医药基础理论知识，具有高水平的中药物质基础和中药药理研究能力，具有中药复方、中药材质量标准和中药材国际标准研究经验，具有在相关领域重要期刊发表研究论文的经验。
3、身心健康，热爱科研工作和中医药事业，具有责任心和严谨踏实的科研态度及团队合作精神，具有指导研究助理及管理实验室日常科研工作的能力。
4、具有较强的独立工作能力，能够独立领导及承担科研课题的研究工作，能够独立撰写SCI研究论文及申请科研经费。
 
Requirements for Applicant
1. Applicants should have a doctorate degree and 4-6 years of postdoctoral or research work experience in related fields.
2. Applicants should master the basic theoretical knowledge of TCM, have a high-level research ability of material basis and pharmacology of TCM, have experience in research on TCM formula, quality standards and international standards of Chinese herbal medicine, and have experience in publishing research papers in the important journals.
3.  Applicants should be physically and mentally healthy, love scientific research work and the TCM cause, have a sense of responsibility, rigorous attitude and teamwork spirit, and have the ability to instruct research assistants and manage the daily research work of the laboratory.
4. Applicants should have independent working ability, be able to independently lead and undertake research work on scientific projects, be able to independently write SCI papers and apply for research funding.
 
 
三、专业要求：中药学、药学、医学等相关专业。
四、工作待遇：按清华大学研究系列教师待遇。
五、应聘时间:   2021年4月至招满为止。
