各位大神，这个问题如何回复？

唐琼卫：R不就代表A/G么？ Y.M.R都有特定的指代，很多文献都有这种表述方式。在合成引物的时候，合成公司都会提供简并碱基的对应表。如下：
小黑：“appropriate primers”，适当的引物，科研论文中不能出现这些模棱两可的词语，比如“一定的浓度”（到底是多少浓度），“基本有效”（有效率百分之多少）等。
